These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any programs, services, or products purchased from PT Legends, operated by Erik Anthony Klima ("PT Legends," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
PT Legends provides business education, coaching, and marketing services for fitness professionals. Services may include online training modules, live group or one-on-one coaching calls, templates, community access, and marketing support. The specific scope of each purchase is described on the checkout page or in your written agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase our services.
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments may be made in full or through an approved payment plan. By choosing a payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.
After purchase, you will receive access details by email, typically within one business day. Access to program materials is for the purchaser only and may not be shared.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Our services are educational and advisory. We do not guarantee any specific business, income, or financial results. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Please read our Disclaimer.
All course materials, videos, templates, and content are owned by PT Legends and are licensed to you for personal business use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
We may suspend access without refund for abusive behavior toward staff or other members, sharing of login credentials, or redistribution of our materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Legends' total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
