We want every client to be confident in their purchase. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for PT Legends programs and services.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing [email protected] with your name and the email used at checkout.
After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable, because program materials, coaching time, and team resources have been made available to you. Any exceptions are reviewed case by case.
If you purchased on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the remaining scheduled payments after the refund window, as described in your purchase agreement.
Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (such as Meta) is not refundable by PT Legends.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
